Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are satisfied. If not, returns are accepted within seven (7) days of purchase for store credit or exchange. Ensure returned items are new, unused, with all original tags.

Returns

All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. Items should be in new condition with original tags.

Return Process

To return an item:

  1. Email customer service at info@fixthem.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Securely pack the item in its original packaging.
  3. Mail the return to:
    • Best Tech IT Consultant / Fixthem.com
    • Attn: Returns
    • [Address]

You are responsible for return shipping charges. Use a trackable method.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the item, we'll process your return or exchange within five (5) days. You'll be notified by email when it's processed.

Exceptions

The following items can't be returned or exchanged:

  • Damage by misuse
  • Damage by Natural Disaster (fire, hurricanes, flood, etc.)

For defective or damaged products, contact us for a refund or exchange.

Please Note

  • A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns.
